As a cookie baker and retail team member at Levain Bakery, I’ve learned the ins and outs of the business and the value of good customer experience. I’ve also had the opportunity to be mentored by the head of marketing and creative teams. My role was to create social media content for the Cookie Milk Latte, as well as create an introduction video of the bakers for the 2026 Bake-off.

Levain Bakery had a Bake-off for bakers across locations to present savory dishes that they
would like to see on the menu. This video highlights each baker and their love of baking.
